Before installation of a InnovativeAirQuality system, we will perform a walk-through of your site, analyzing the buildings infrastructure to determine the best possible solution for your environmental monitoring needs.
Once installed, InnovativeAirQuality will monitor the presence of potential contaminants. You can choose to connect InnovativeAirQuality to your fans, allowing for automatic dilution as soon as a contaminant problem is detected. You can also choose to be alerted by phone, fax or e-mail, allowing you to react immediately, pre-empting tenant complaints.
InnovativeAirQuality also detects and locates moisture accumulation, changes in humidity and temperature, and other factors related to safety and energy efficiency. Additionally, we provide flood-warning systems for hidden plumbing fixtures and mechanical rooms. If the problem is not immediately solved, our staff is available 24/7 for consultation and assistance.
Each quarter, a certified indoor environmental consultant analyzes the documented results of this process. This report is sent to you digitally through InnovativeAirQuality's software interface, and you will also receive a letter of diligence and certification of the results, signed by an expert witness for the Court of Queens Bench for Indoor Air Quality Investigations.
